• What if I win Best in Show and don’t want to go to FanX Salt Lake?

That’s perfectly okay! It isn't required if you don’t want to go to FanX Salt Lake.  You will still receive everything else. However, we can’t transfer your tickets to anyone else or convert the travel cost to cash. 

• How do I collect my Sponsor Items?

Our Cosplay Contest Director, Harlequin, will run the contest on-site! She has everything and will distribute prizes after the contest. Keep your ears open for the Host’s announcements for directions, and Harlequin will make sure you receive your items!

• I can’t stay after the contest, how do I collect my prizes?

We can’t ship anything; however, if you let Harlequin know the name and phone number of an approved friend or family member BEFORE THE COMPETITION STARTS, they will be authorized to pick up your prizes for you. Otherwise, please be present!!
